cleaner shrimp are great, i have the fire red and skunk. They both clean my goby, but the skunk will crawl on my hand and is less shy.

2 Dwarf Ceriths
1 Nassarius
2 Florida Ceriths
3 Blue Legs
2 Small to Medium Nerites
and maybe 2 strombus grazers, a size of snail much more fitted to a 10. Plus they multiply. Sometimes called dove snails. Often available free, from anyone who has some.
The snail load you originally proposed would rapidly starve to death. Start with just a few snails unless you are wall-to-wall hair algae. Increase over time, and keep the load about there.

Current Tank Info: 105g AquaVim wedge, yellow tang, sailfin blenny, royal gramma, ocellaris clown pair, yellow watchman, 100 microceriths, 25 tiny hermits, a 4" conch, 1" nassarius, recovering from 2 year hiatus with daily water change of 10%.

I'd recommend 4-6 snails max at this stage for your 10 gallon, you may have to feed them as well to avoid them perishing, unless the tank is established.

And make sure to have some empty shells for those hermits, or you may have to start replenishing your snails
