Replacement parts for Koralia Evo pumps?

I have seen a few threads where people received replacement parts from Koralia for their Evo pumps. A few questions:

1) How long did it take to receive the parts?
2) How did you contact them? (just website contact email form?)
3) How long did it take for them to even respond?
4) What parts did they send?

We have a local group of reefers who all did research and decided on the Koralia Evo pumps so we could use them on a few different wave maker systems. ALL the pumps failed. The stopper built into the front grill on each pump busted out after only a few ON/OF cycles and sank to the bottom of the tanks. Now ALL the pumps spin backward and flow is minimal. Huge waste of money.

Multiple attempts have been make to contact Koralia but they never respond. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thnx

Someone emailed me Koralia phone number and I called Customer Service rep, was very cool. Said sending replacement parts. Front grills were modified and beefed up so less likely to break. Older versions had weaker grills.
Contact info:

Fill out form on Koralia.com and not "HydorKoralia.com" which is not affiliated.

"HydorKoralia.com" is not the correct website for Customer Service. The form on that site doesn't work and they won't respond. Don't know if it is just a reseller or what?
You have to go to Hydor.com and fill out the form. They sent me parts quick and the customer service people were friendly and helpful. Fixed my Evos and now no more problems. You prob got the 1st batch before the grill fix.
