Bristle worm?

Hello, i am new to coral keeping but have had a blast so far! I noticed the other day something sticking out from under my GSP and then again this morning but in a different spot, i'll attach a picture of it...not the greatest quality picture..., I was wondering if that is a bristle worm and if it should be removed...My GSP havn't come out in a few days and i'm not sure if that would be causing it or not. Any help is appreciated!
