Hello I'm new to reefing and I have a tank that just finished cycling and there these brown spots appearing on my live sand bed. Anyone know what they are??? Is it bad? How do I get rid of it?? Need help.

that is the welcoming comity for having your first saltwater tank through a cycle, and don't worry there are more to follow. IE: gha and cayano are two biggies to come along.

Welcome to RC and reefing

Do you have test kits? Now is the time to test your water for

SG
ammonia
nitrites
nitrates
PH

Now you can get a cuc to eat all of those yummy diatoms that you have and you can do a 50% water change. Next step is soon will be adding a fish or two.
