10,000k or 20,000k mh bulb

should i have 10,000k or 20,000k bulbs in my set up.have 4 t5 atitic in now but what about the mh bulbs 10,000k or 20,000k in it sps coarls only

all depends on you. If you like the blue color then the 20000K is for you, but it depending on the par rating of the bulb you could have slow growth. If you want faster growth and less color, go with the 10000K. You already have actinics so a 20000K might be a little much IMO.

good thing is keep 8-9 months 10-14kk bulbs and then change on 20kk to intense colors.

20K is very blue and 10k needs actnic supliment for color.12-14K is ideal.

10000 does not need actinics for color !!!! damn stop spreading lies, it has MORE then enough of blue spectrum light to color up corls. now colors will be better with actinic but actinics are not nessicarry
