Frogspawn - sweeper tentacles? throwing up it's innards? (pic included)

I've had three different colonies of Frogspawn in this tank for 3 months and have never seen a colony do this. It's a skinny thread(s) that come out of the mouth and float around. I thought it was it's guts which is what I've seen my mushrooms spit up when they get upset. I've never seen a frogspawn 'sweeper / feeder' tentacle so I don't know if this is it. Usually I spot feed these corals and whatnot. They've grown since I got them. This is one colony with 4 heads (was originally two, one is done splitting and the one that's spitting this up is almost done splitting).

Parameters:
Salinity 1.025
Temp 80
Ammonia/Nitrite 0
Nitrate .2-.3
PO4 0
(I don't test ca/mg/alk I just do large water changes 30-50% just about weekly)

After this tentacle thing was out for a few minutes it retracted it back in. The coral was kinda upset for a little and was not extending as much as it was previously. Any help is appreciated folks, I've only been in the hobby a few months.

Thanks,
Glenn
