Flow in Tank-Pump Recommendations

I have a 12 gallon tank and I'm getting a little bit of algae in one quiet corner. Roughly how much flow is recommended in a tank these days? I'm sure there are many things that go into that questions, so here is my scenario:
12 gallon tank
-Already have an upgraded pump with 2 loc-line's
-Have another small pump in the tank but it's been there a long time and looks like it is weak
-Only keeping soft corals and a clown fish

I'm thinking I need to replace the current pump with something new in the tank. How is something like the Hydor Koralia Nano?
