Coming back but fowlr

I'm going to get back in to s/w but it will be a 125 fowlr

I'm looking for info as to how much flow is needed on average and other then a skimmer, should I run anything like carbon or gfo?

Thanks

Welcome back.

I think for fowlr as long as you are using enough power heads to oxygenate the water properly and suspend detritus your good to go.

Probably just carbon to polish the water up.
