Algae and what's best to eat it?

So my sump has some stringy, slimy looking algae. Are there specific cuc that'll eat this?

None of this is in the DT, thankfully.

DT has ceriths, nerites, a trochus, and a few nassarius. And a million tiny snails that I think hitchhiked in.

Your best bet is to syphon all of that out with weekly water changes and find the root cause of the algae outbreak. Nitrate and phosphate levels, are you using RODI water, do you run GFO?

Yes
Siphoning it out does the most good.. 3 days lights out will just weaken it some.. You can typically repeat the lights out every couple weeks without harm to anything else..
Just continue to siphon it out with each water change or more often as needed.
