normal fish behavior?

hey,

i know this is a noob question but i have a question on fish behavior. i took out one talbot damsel and the big green chromis so now i just have 1 false perc clown and 1 small talbot damsel. I got the green chromis and talbot damsel out with the bottle trap but the smaller talbot damsel wont fall for it.

I just put a flasher wrasse in, hoping that just the 1 talbot wouldn't be too much trouble since its partner in crime is gone..im still going to try to take it out though since i wanna get more wrasses and maybe a firefish..anybody know a way to get the PITA talbot damsel out without tearing apart the tank?

and also i know fish set up territories in the tank and chase away other fish usually without actually touching them to show dominance but when my flasher wrasse swims too close to the middle-front of the tank, my damsel darts at him and chases him away.. i know flashers are peaceful and will this taunting/chasing stress the wrasse to where it wont show itself that much or that it gets a disease?
