Unhappy Fire shrimp dying!

Ok so here's the story. I got a sandsifter( golden headed sleeper) and he has been picking on my fire shrimp I have another aqarium I have put the shrimp in but he's so traumatized by the goby picking on him he can't swim straight or upright what should I do?

Do you have a specimen container you can put him in? Something with slits to allow in a little flow but not so much that he's getting blown around the tank? Depending on how much damage the goby did, there may be nothing you can really do.
