75g frag tank flow

making a 75frag/55 fuge system soon, about how much flow should i be going for for a frag system? i currently have a mag 18 sitting around, but thinking that will be too much. the 75 has a single overflow, and i was planning on running a ATS

What type of frags are you planning on keeping/growing? The general rule of thumb is around 50 times turnover rate of the DT for SPS (random flow is best). On a 75 I would run something like 2 MP40's for an SPS system (or Jebo WP40's for the budget... you could probably even do 1 Jebo WP40 b/c of the amount of flow these things have!).
I believe LPS are around 30 times. Softies are even lower (10 times I think?). I'm not sure on softies as I don't really keep them =).
