Question on traveling with corals

Next Saturday I'm going to Reef Palooza and returning on Sunday. My question is what accommodations do I need to make to keep the corals alive overnight and through the 8 hour drive back home?

Ive kept corals in "fish store bags" 1/3 full of water 2/3 air in a cooler for close to two days with no losses on several occasions (because I was stupid enough to move a reef from maryland to boston and then from boston to north carolina-- talk about a miserable tank break down/move/setup). Just make sure the coolers are around 70-75 degrees and you will be fine.

I think corals being shipped from west Pacific are in bags for close to 3 days, so you should be good if you follow the above advice.

How much deeper would the ocean be if it didn't have sponges?

Just keep temp stable and most corals are fine for 2 days easily...
