Snapped a cool shot today

Took what I beleive is a nice shot of my Fuzzy Dwarf chillin on my monti today, enjoy

Such a handsome guy!

What kind of monti is he perched on there? Doesn't resemble any Montipora specie I've seen. Looks lps like.

No earthly idea, I atleast believe it to be a green monti. I can post full length shots tomorrow so maybe y'all can help me id him.

Sounds good. The way it has larger mouths spaced farther apart (compared to typical sps) makes me think it's not a monti. It's a nice looking coral and I like the regular ridges. A Montipora would have lots of little polyps along those ridges. Merulina can have regular lines / ridges like that, but I don't think it's that either. I've seen chalices with ridges like that. Neato whatever it is.

Here's a thead about it: Lithophyllon

Apparently it also comes in orange!

Family Fungiidae. So an lps. Related to Fungia plate corals.

No prob...it's a cool coral...Not much demand for it, so you don't see it too often. It is a plating/shelving fungia sp.
