what is this algae

its green when my lights are off and brown with the lights on it also makes my water look like it's full of debris
my water parameters are ok

Looks like your tank is new and is hitting a cycle. It's going to do this for a few months, but if you want to get rid of it, you can add a few zebra turbos and/or trochus snails
