Clownfish has white stringy poop
I recently got 2 clownfish. The tank is 20 gallons and has 25 pounds of live rock in it. The fish are 1 fancy ocellaris, and a snowflake. Both are juveniles. They are active and are eating. I noticed today that the snowflake had a long stringy white poop. Could it just be from stress of being in a new tank? Or a parasite? How do you tell? And if it is a parasite how would you go about a treatment? I was looking into seachem paraguard and cupramine. I'm just nervous about that killing all the brittle stars that are in the live rock and in the sand. Would doing a dip work? Now I wish I had a qt tank, and is something that I'd like to have soon. But for now I will not. Thank you for the advice.
