You should receive your order within a few days I would think if you live in the lower 48. Until then I suggest doing a water change or two and clean your skimmer really well, you are going to need it.

Just as a guesstimate how long would dosing 1/8t-1/4 tsp daily last with this size bottle?

Can I start dosing @ 30ppm or do I need to gradually build to that. I have a Haddoni Carpet and do not want to shock him.

I'd definitely start at 5 & only raise the percentage by 5 each time, every 3 days.

Even at 100ppm, I've never overdosed or lost anything in my tanks. Start slow & raise by 5ppm increments & you should be fine. If you are dosing without a skimmer, I wouldn't go higher than 10ppm. The fellow who was dosing at 100ppm w/o skimmer had a huge bacterial bloom (lots of brown slime coating everything) & without the skimmer able to remove this, the tank crashed overnight.

been reading a lot and now onto writing ...
well been dosing vodka (upped from 0.5ml to 6ml currently in 2 months) and vitamin C (iherb) at 1/2tsp (5mg) on my 130 gal tank.. been dosing for the last 2 months or so.. can see some better coloration on my zoans... but vitamin C i dose just once a day.. and during lights ON time. just wanted to know whether can i dose both, or restrict to just vitamin C? or is there anyways wherein i can make a Vitamin C solution (vitamin C + RO Water) , and dose that solution using the doser, this makes it automated and i dont need to worry about the manual dosing. is there a formula for this?

Since VC breaks down in water & is totally dissipated within 8 hours, using a doser is out of the question. Better to dose after lights out, than during the morning.

Upgrading to 125G how much should I dose daily? I was dosing 1/2 teaspoon twice daily in my 72G just wondering if going with 1/2 of Tablespoon would be too much twice daily?

Vitamin C in the commercial products might be bound to something. Not all vitamin-C breaks down after 8 hours otherwise orange juice would have none.
We probably can do a titration setup to test the vitamin-C levels after a period of time with various products, I will have to do some more research into the setup though.

You're still dealing with the fact that the Brightwells & other commercial sold products have much less concentrate of actually VC in them.

Yeah, but I'm talking about the effect of any of the vitamin-c products being exposed to ro/di water and air. It would be a relative test so the fact that we use a more concentrated solution of ascorbic acid than brightwells should not make a difference.
What I am curious is how to prevent the vitamin-c from oxidizing in liquid so that it could be used in a dosing setup. That would make it much easier than having to measure it out twice a day. Since there are commercial products which keep the ascrobic acid in water it seems like we should be able to as well.
