Question about making Custom Sump/Fuge

I have been looking into putting together a new system and have a few questions about a custom sump/fuge. I thought I would ask Fade32, but he confused me alittle.

See, he was going to make a fuge for his new system and drilled a 55 gallon tank to do the plumbing. When I saw the hole he drilled, it looked like he made it too big. Do they really make bulkheads this big????

The strange this was, when I questioned his ability to drill the hole, he said I was "Number 1".....

Whats up with that??????

Mountain Dew and drilling a glass tank, hmmmm.

By the way I would think with that size bulkhead you might get a little too much flow in a refugium. IMHO.

Remember, next time switch it from "Hammer Drill" to "Regular Drill".
