Worms?
Looking into my aquarium today I saw the whole back wall "covered" in spots...at first I thought it was coraline algae, but as I just started my tank a couple if weeks ago I knew it was to early for that.
I touched one of the "spots" and it litteraly went up in "smoke". I have a picture of the spots in this post...does anyone know if this is a worm...or maybe eggs? Looked in this page, but could not quite find what I was looking for: http://www.lionfishlair.com/hitchhiker/hitchhiker.shtml

Here's a picture of the back wall of the tank...not sure if I should just clean it or leave it to see what happens with the "dots"

It looks like you set up with base rock and new sand, have you added anything that could've brought in a worm / hitchiker? It could just be crud that's caught in the slime that your new bacteria are sliming everywhere.

You might be correct...I thought maybe it could be some kind of worm / worm eggs cause I saw a couple of small (2-3 mm) worms on the glass among these "dots" I will keep an eye on them to see if they are changing... My SPS corals will be placed in the tank march 25th so I have time to react if it is something that will eat my corals...

Those white blobs look like they may be flat worms.

If they are, they will move around at some point? Or will they stay in one place?

mark the outside of the glass with a dry erase marker on one of the spots and see if they move. if they are, the spot obviously wont be where you marked the glass
