NPS Tank Kept At Cooler Temp?

I'd love to set up a tank dedicated to deep water fish/coral/inverts (candy basslets, blotchy anthias, ruby red dragonets etc.). It would make sense that the deeper in the ocean you live, the cooler the temperature would be. Would it be wise to hook up a chiller to a tank such as this, and what temp. would you recommend keeping it at? Thanks
