coincidence or part of the equinox?

last Saturday I could observe like some tubastreas started spawning, from what immediately pocket some of them in order to preserve the eggs to take them to the refuge.

Wow! Amazing photos!

Shows me two things: 1. I need a new camera. 2. I need more sun corals! (At least one black and one orange. Strange addiction this is--feels a little bit like Pokémon. Gotta get 'em all.)

Thanks! They're actually a lot blacker than that pic loooks. I have seen the green ones too. My roommate actually just picked a nice little colony up but they haven't started opening regularly to eat. Slowly but surely though!
