Help!! Red bugs or AEFW??!!!

Hey all. Woke up this morning to one of my beautiful deep green acropora that was brown and tissue falling off. I have taken a picture while in fresh water and am wondering what caused this! Stuff came off and is now ok the bottom of he cup as you can see. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Is this a better pic? Came off of 2 frags. The other 8 acros in the system were fine, but I dipped them in Bayer anyway.

Those long rectangular looking creatures were definitely moving, but they look to big to be aefw. Definitely strange.
