What is this? Good or bad? Saw this at night.

Hey everyone,

I'm 6 months into my saltwater aquarium. I woke up in the middle of the night and saw these two. One looks like a slug and the other is a snail? Can you take a look and let me know if these are good or bad for my tank?

Possible slug or worm:

Possible snail:

Sincerely,
An amateur

My guess would be neutral.

It blends in with the background so well I really can't even see it!

1 is probably a nudibranch. They can be a problem for soft corals. 2 could be a stomatella snail (has a saddle instead of a full shell and is quite desirable.)
