What type of pest is this good or bad?

Not sure what these are but they were found on some chaeto.

So it's nothing like "bristle worms" were most say good and other say they are not?

They are excellent to have and 100% good never seen anyone not want them and they breed easily enough IME to help the CUC

Yes, bristle worms are a pinkish/slightly brown worm with white bristles along the side. They tend to hole up in your rocks and they do help keep things clean. Fire worms are the ones you really don't want, but they are less common.
