Growth on Angel

Have a juvenile Emporer Angel that got a big white growth on his tail fin that fell off after couple of days. I thought that was the end of it but a few weeks later it is back. No other spots on him or any other fish in the tank. Hard to get a good pic cause he is always moving. Im thinking its lymphocystis, you guys concur?

Hola.
