If it is, I just have to get my water healthier and keep him eating and that should do the trick? Thanks!

Lymphocystis is a virus infection which produces whitish cauliflower-like lesions. The raised lesions further toward the tail could be early lymphocystitis. The two smaller white lesions could be Ich, but it's hard to tell with one photo.
If you have a quarantine tank, I'd place the fish in it and keep it there for at least a month after it has recovered, assuming it does. PBTs are very susceptible to Ich and other marine diseases |
