Marine Beta / Comet Fish

Hi All...
I have a sick Marine Beta.
He is not eating, going on a week now. Breathing seems normal.
Hes body and fins look a bit knackered up. He is not in his usual roost and is out in the open. lays around, swims a bit. comes to the surface to say hello occasionally..

Tank is a 125 Mixed Reef that has been stable and has NO Changes in ANYTHING in 5 years! this has been a very stable tank for years!. All other fish and corals behaving as usual ? I will get all the parameters shortly, but i dont expect them to say anything different then usual.. , did a normal water change..

I would get the comet in a hospital tank asap. Seems to have something bacterial going on with its skin. NFG or some other antibiotic would be a good start

the only thing that I have right now is PraziPro?
I didnt want to pull him out until i had a treatment plan.
didnt want to induce more stress...

This isn't worm related so prazipro won't do anything. Its something bacterial at least thats what I believe from the pictures. Looks as though the scales are missing on its sides correct?

Something that is a broad spectrum antibiotic, I use Nitro fucracin green and I also have some ciproflaxin on hand I use with anemones. There are several products available at your local petco or whatever, I'm just not familiar with names. Check the directions and applications on the box.

I had a similar thing with a nearly 5-year-old Philippine Regal Angel. Was doing fine for all the time and one day it stopped eating, became reclusive, started to breathe labored, and died a few days later.
