Calibrating AC3 Pro Temp Probe

I know this has been brought up before, but I am having a hard time finding the post. I have an AC3 Pro and I have calibrated the temp probe with a mercury thermometer, but I remember seeing discussion on here about a better thermometer to use. Does anyone have a recommendation? I would like to be able to be as accurate as possible without spending a fortune. I came across this one and thought it might work well - HM Digital TM100

You'll want a NIST traceable thermometer, if you want to know with certainty what the temperature is. The meter you mention is not NIST certfied, and I couldn't find what its stated accuracy.
