acjr just got one trying to hook up the dc8 and dc4

I just got my aquacontroller jr i am trying to hook up the dcc8 and dc4hd and it is only locateing the dc8 A01 through A08 i fliped the switchs on the dc4hd to D controll and it is still not reading it please help

What do you mean by 'not reading it'? Have you configured timers in the DC4HD range and tested manual on/off; do you mean they are not controlling? How are things wired together and are you seeing the LEDs on the DCx flashing every so often?
