This is a brand new unit that's been running for less than 2 months. Woke up this AM to a blank display screen and no lights on the base units. Unplugging and replugging do nothing. I can no longer log on via browser either. Neptune phone number is busy, busy, busy...

The display unit is essentially useless. Buttons do nothing and I can't log onto it. power strips status lights are blinking green.

Any thoughts????

I'm awaiting response from support already... Problem is I have to travel for 5 days and looking for a fix asap.

You can try reloading the firmware and the web pages. If you have trouble getting the loader to work, unplug the base module, start the loader utility from your PC then plug the base module in.

It doesn't sound like the display is your main issue; you said "Woke up this AM to a blank display screen and no lights on the base units" sp I am wondering if your base is getting power; are there lights on the EB8?

I had a similar failure on my new Apex, woke up and the entire unit was dark. Try and find a 12 volt source and power your Apex base unit. My EB8 failed and was repaired under warranty.
