My outlet 5 is not turning off with any program or manually shutting it off. I renamed it multiple times and put "set off" and "fallback off" and it is still on....
Does anyone know what is wrong with this thing?
I also put my return pump on it which requires a lot of power to see if i had enough power on the outlet. It just stays on.

What did you have there before? It is possible to burn them out. I had a PC ballast short out and fry the triac in the ON condition.

Ok, so much for that idea. Only other idea I have is whether the name you gave to the outlet is unique?

I thought of that too. I changed the names multiple times to check that.

They said the outlet is busted and I need to send it back. They cover it under warranty and have a 1 day turn around... Awesome : )

I have the same problem, outlet #2 on mine is permanently ON for the past week. I have no clue if this is still under warranty as I've had this system for a couple of years and no idea where the receipt would be now. If I have to send it in I'll need to buy another to cover.
