Possessed Apex Display

A couple months ago, my apex display started having problems with the backlight. It would only work on occassion. The backlight now completely fails to function.

I'm now having strange problems with my base alarm. When the alarm is switched on automatically, the alarm sometimes comes on but sometimes does not. The alarm also fails to shut-off at times despite manually shuting off the switch.

I assume the display has become defective on two fronts? Can it be repaired and how much will it cost? Thanks.

Try refreshing the firmware on the display using the Module setup page

Thanks. The firmware update resolved the alarm issue. I'll contact Neptune about the backlight.

Check the backlight intensity and contrast settings. You can set different daytime and nighttime brightness levels. Maybe they are set low.
