OK.. so...

I got mine in yesterday and played with it all last night... (geezes 1 am really??)

My wireless module is like v4 on software.. and my display and apex/E8 is at like 8 or 9... (forgot to screen capture it)

The manual states to make sure ALL are up the the same S/W version... It wont update... or am I missing it?

I did get one of my vortechs to synch to it and control it. The other one is in the tank upstairs. Ill synch that tonight maybe.

Thoughts?

At the bottom of the module setup page, it will show OK or Old. Ok means that module has current firmware. Module firmware only needs to be updated if the table says Old.

AHHHH.. OK.. It says OK...

But the example they have (manual) about display lockup shows them all saying OK... and the versions being off... So I was thinking the same and was trying to update it before I had an issue.

Good... (or is it?)

OK... so I have had it almost a week...

I am looking for some words of encourgament (to get me off my butt and get worknig on it)

I have hooked up my spare MP40w and it sees it and can control it.
I have hooked up my other two power8's and it sees them.
Temp probe works. (did not realize it was that temp down stairs)
Played with in use MP40w (on tank) and suddenly the apex saw it and turned it off. (hahaha) Like 20 feet down one floor and over.
Ordered my parts from Steveled (today) and will hook up the LED's (test one first) to make sure the wiring and all is correct.

Listen to it click about every 15 minutes, but dont know what plug is clicking. The other 2 power8's are doit it all at the same time.

Have web based access working (inside house not worried about external yet)

So... Now (I hope tonight) will get in and program the outlets (names/label maker)
Set up a test program based on some time of day and make sure the plugged in light works or gets turned off.

Any words of encourgament? (be nice!!)

The clicking will be outlets 4 & 8 (the mechanical/relay outlets) turning off and on. There probably is a default program running for those. If nothing is plugged into them, you can go to the status page, and turn those outlets OFF and the clicking will stop.
