Help with wxm and mp10s

So I am trying to hook up my wxm to my apex and mp10s. They are ecosmart drivers. I go to update wxm manually and it updates and says zero pumps updated. The directions then say unplug power to the pumps and hold down mode and set while plugging them back in. I do this and the directions say after ten seconds the dial will flash red and white but both of mine only flash red white and blue? Any help would be great! Thanks

There is a specific sequence you have to do to clear the memory of each pump you add to the wxm, and then make them a slave to the wxm. It is documented here:
