No Profiles

Can anybody point me in the right direction? I have onyx fixtures. When I put the VDM online today I have lost all profiles. It still says they are working from default profiles, but I have no ability to see or cgange any profile. Instead of a big drop box of profiles I have a small grey box with nothing in it.... any ideas?

After a phone call with tech, the problem was an incompatibility issue with my browser! Not sure what happened there but works fine with chrome!
