Factory reset

Just purchased a used apex base unit without display unit. I cannot get into it via network because the user name and password are not factory. So with that being said, how do I factory reset without a display unit or being able to get into it via network?

Go to Neptune's website and start a support ticket. I believe they can send you a file and instructions to do a factory reset.
