apex dead

Found my apex completely off on thursday. I've tried emailing without any response and I've called but no one picks up.

The only light on is on the eb8. The base unit and display have no lights on.

I checked all connections without any success.

Any ideas? It's only 2.5 years old so strange for something to fail completely like that.

I would try a different aquabus cable from the EB8 to the Base Unit and also try a different port on the EB8.

Thank you! I tried multiple other ports on the eb8 without success and then finally one worked. Hopefully this continues to work. Any idea why the first one failed?
