I have my Radion set up with Fusion and a WXM to dim down to zero at night and then slowly ramp up in the morning. Its plugged into my EB8 so I can shut it completely off a few minutes after it dims down so the fan wont run all the time. My problem is...on power up in the morning the Radion comes on FULL bright for a few seconds then dims down to zero as programed.

Is there any way to have the Radion power up as programed or in its last state (dim to zero) before the power was removed?

Dont turn the radions off, they will go down to zero, i leave them powered on all the time, meaning the fan is on 24/7, so i dont get that flash when the eb8 powers up that outlet

If you turn off your radion , they will loose connection with your WXM ( just go to the module page when you turn them off and you will see them as missing ) And since this connection is what tell the radion what to do it will go in full blast mode when powering up untill connection with the wxm is rerume and they can receive instructions from it .

I just ordered an Apex and am curious why you have your Radion connected to yours when the Radion can dim all by itself. Is it smoother or better in some way to have it attached to the Apex? Thanks.

It all resume to this : Controllability .

With apex i can have my radion the exact way i want them and i can get them to interact with the rest of my tank equipment such as different brands of pumps , the season table , excessive tank temperature fall safe as if my chiller would die on me , worklight and many other things i can decide to do with my apex , storms and clouds to be schedule with wave actions , possibilities are endless . also the fact is that they can be programmed locally in my own LAN without the issue of an internet connection or an outside server .
