My Conductivity probe has gone from 35.1 and fallen steadily through the night to 2.5. I cleaned it today and even checked the wiring and made sure there is no interference. While cleaning it went to .08 and is now back at 2.5. Any ideas on what to check on from here? I think it is still under warranty but Id like to see if I can fix it first. Any ideas?

Following... I have the same problem. My issue started Sunday after I was moving rubble around in the refugium section of my sump. (I dropped a damn screw in the sump while I was installing a light strip in my stand... what a dumb a$$) I stirred up a ton of silt and I'm guessing that caused the problem??? I let the probe dry out and tried to recalibrate (without calibration fluid - just used tank water) but I got an error... Apex restored stored settings. The probe has been sitting in RODI water since yesterday. I'm hoping a good cleaning will resolve the issue. I'll let you know and will follow your post to see how / if you get a resolution. (btw - I looked on the Neptune Systems community forum and did not get a clear answer. Most feedback was that the probe had gone bad. Oh yeah... I never did find the freaking screw, so it was a big waste of time... grrr.)
