I am confused a bit as I am sure my probe is calibrated correctly.
When my sump is low probe showing 32.4. However, when sump is fine it is showing 34.9 or 35
Shouldn't it show higher salt when sump is low?

It could be due to more microbubbles in your sump when the level is low. The micro bubbles will collect in the probe tip and cause low readings or even micro bubbles in the water can result in low readings as well. If it’s really low and the temp probe isn’t submerged, then your temp compensation will be off resulting in inaccurate readings.
