Red Sea Regal Angelfish

I have read several places that this fish is reef safe, is this true? I would love to have it in my 120 when I set it up.

Thank you,

Joshua

I would say no, even though I never had one, I had a singapore angel and that picked at my zoas like a lunch buffet, my guess is that the Regal would act and behave much the same...nipping from time to time on some corals when its hungry...so it depends on how much you like the fish or your corals

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Sometimes yes, THEN sometimes no (I guess they change their mind).

Probably okay with SPS, not so much with zoas or clams.

I remember when zoanthids were called things like "green" and "orange" and not "reverse gorilla nipple."

Current Tank Info: 180g reef with all the bells and whistles

Mine doesn't eat any clams, zoas or any coral at all. He behaves great.
