Modifying JBJ ATO Float Valve?
Is it possible to modify the float valve so that they trigger the ATO switch sooner? Also anyone know of the idea pump to use for ato? The aqualifter doesn't work all the time, sometimes it won't pull the water.

Yes, it is possible. You have to set it up so that one float is the sensor for both high/low on/off. The 2nd sensor becomes a secondary override if the first float fails or sticks.
Use the instruction linked below for the Reef Fanatic controller. Set it up the same way. Use the Mode A using both float sensors in the sump (recommended) configuration. http://www.reeffanatic.com/products/...ol/ct_rflc.pdf
