what do i do?

My fish are hiding out in corners and under rocks. All tests are fine. Temp is fine. There is no bully in the tank. Clown has turned pasty white. Cardinal is totally missing for 1.5 days. Voltage in the tank reads .4. I used RO water. There hasn’t been any addition’s to the tank since March. I have no idea what to do.

I’m adding some AmQuel and some Kent activated carbon. Other than that im at a total loss. 2 LFS have no idea either, and they tested my water ph, ni, na, am. All ok. was told by lfs that the clown my have turned pasty do to stress.?

Posting actual levels is a lot more accurate for us than 'fine'. Would need these to accurately diagnose the prob.
