So if you bought them from the Easy Coast supplier the reflectors would get to travel cross country and back again to get to you . Why not let them see the world like that before you lock them away in your canopy ?!?!?

Hi Tom, what reflector are you planning to use on your new tank? I just bought some lumenmax2 but I'm thinking of switching to lumenarc3 for wider area coverage.

I bought 2 lumenarc IIIs from reefexotics at New York, only paid $11 for the shipping and thought the items would ship across the country from east coast.
To my suprise 2 bulky boxes show up on my door steps the next day because pacific supplies drop shipped to me.

I just ordered a pair from Reef Exotics for $120 ea. I added a pump and shipping was only $20 .I read that a 250w has almost the same Lux as a 400w. I also went with the SE version since it supposes to offer better coverage. Must be better then my Odyssea 175w MH.(Let hope it gets here before the Odyssea ballast catches fire)

Perry, we are definitely going to go with LAIIIs, I just have not been that impressed with the various SLS products

I just updated our build thread... we are getting closer to actually putting water into the tank.. *sigh*. Once that happens then we will have lots of things that we will need to purchase, the LAIIIs being on that list
