LED Lighting for 10g reef

I have had many aquariums, large and small, over the past several years and have finally gotten to craving a reef. I would like to use LED lighting and have been referred to a system on Amazon.

Would this be enough for my 10 gallon? If so, what am I limited to as far as corals? If not, could you please advise me on a good LED system that could be obtained by a poor college student? Thanks in advance!
