Thanks d2, yeah it's great tank with a lot of versatility. I wish it was bigger sometimes bit when I fill it with coral. Wife gave me the go for a bigger tank 😃

Okay here are some shots of the Office / Tank / Art Room: The art is myself and the wife's.

A FTS: 04 FEB 14

New Corals: Green Porcillopora

Peach Digitata

Green Monti Cap ( My Favorite )

Also got a 2" Kenya Tree no photo its a kenya tree haha.

And finally got a Yellow Watchman goby, he is hanging out in the cave, but the True Perc has been hanging with him as well hmmm. I came in the room and the both scattered back to the goby cave. Weird, but pretty cool. All the corals still getting adjusted to new tank so not fully open. Got great deals on everything in Raleigh, NC. Also got the new bulb setup done, I'm thinking of scrapping the AquaBlue bulb for another Coral +...?? Any thoughts on that?

How did you hang your fixture? Did you use a toggle bolt and wing?

Yeah i had to tap the light with thread nut, and then used a hook and line. It just has 2 covers on the top.

I could be wrong but I think the LPS you refer to as green pocillipora is really a trumpet coral.

I love your tank BTW. Long tanks are just more appealing. I wish I could find someone to trade me a nuvo24 for my nuvo 16

My Yellow Watchman Goby has definitely formed a bond with my True Percula:

They hang out all day in the same cave and even sleep right on each other its insanely awesome.

I've been stalking mr aqua 12g longs all over the internet for about a year now and yours is top notch. Hows the flow? is it enough to cross the 3' or is there a dead space in the middle?

Correct looks like a neon trumpet.

Anyways amazing build I love it just so clean and simple and amazing. I don't know if your still having troubles with the sps. I'm just getting into them myself but am also finding out what it takes like stated about mg,cal, alk is a main step in growth not so much temps. I've been using some Red Sea products for growth and seems to be working great. And personally I would leave the t5 how you have them.
