Newbie Requesting Advice

Hi Everyone - wondering it I could get some opinions/advice on this. I've attached a picture (have a flash problem) of my 29G Biocube. This is about six months old and I've left everything stock. I've been slowly adding corals and just got the duster. Wondering the following:

I had buried the duster's tail in the substrate but notw it's exposed again and leaning on the glass. Should I move it back or is it trying to find the right spot?

I've got "fish people" coming to do water changes each month because I broke my arm. The vacume the sand when they do water changes. Is that disruptive to the pods, etc in there? They also move my brain and then it's deflated for a day or two.

I've got the three fish - two clowns and a r gramma. Would love to get just one more and was wanting a Citrinis Clown Goby - but I've read that these can be hard to feed. Would this be overstocking? And anyone know about this animal?

Any suggestions for new corals? I'd like to get something up in the front right. Not sure what if anything could go up top on the right so close to the lights/current.

Any suggestions/opinions welcomed!!

The BioCube's come with some really good lighting right? If so then you can have pretty much any coral in there (IF they have really good light).

The duster I'm not sure about, sorry, but I want to say that it is probably moving.

I don't know anything about the goby, but might be pushing it on stock.

Good corals for that, ricordea, xenia, green star polyps, toadstool leather, lots more . I'm sure others will chime in soon.

Also, I clean the side of my glass that has pods all over it, but they are right back within 1/2 an hour.
