LED fixture suggestions? Help?

Been out of the hobby for a couple years and am starting a new build with a Deep Blue Professional Edge Series 75 Gallon Rimless Reef Ready Aquarium 48 x 18 x 20.

I'd like to hang two LED fixtures over it exposed (thus why i want a nice looking fixture not DIY) Ive done some reeding on apollo, the aqua illumination SOL, and the ecoray 60d high PAR.

Any experiences or opinions anyone can help me out with?

Thanks

I am about to get some LEDs for my tank. 60 gallon square. I am leaning toward 60w crees... Watch this vid if you want a comparison. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uZVRg...eature=related

Two Ecotech Radions would be perfect for that tank or two Ecoxotic Panorama PRO fixtures. They will be out by the end of the month.

Yeah they have one of the ecotechs at my LFS, at $750 a piece I think they may be a bit out of my price range especially when i need two, we will see though...

Alot of people seem to like the CREE's and The SOL's but anyone have an oppinion on these?

I will say this, i can get two 60x3w cree's for the same price i can get one AI sol. I have been dealing with eshine sales for a few days just asking questions and what not. So far i am impressed. I am thinking about just buying one and seeing how it goes. It comes with dimmer, timer, and hanging equipment. Not a bad deal.

I could def be wrong but i thought they weren't sending the cree's directly to the US and you had to go through some us distributor for $400. Can you give me the link? Where would you order them from?

Do you know if the controller they come with has a timer or do you have to set up your own?

I can get two crees for 500, that is shipping included. You need to go to this site and talk to a sales rep. I am going buy directly from them. I am in the US btw. I have talked to several of their reps and i have had great customer service so far. The cree comes with a timer, a dimmer and hanging kit.

I have also looked at the AI and although i really would like to get them, i cannot beat the price of E.Shine Cree LEDs

oh nice! So you're getting the E.shine Aqua panel 100x3w not the 60w CREE classic? Or was that link on mistake?

I'm definitely gonna start talking to one of these guys thanks so much for the input.

any particular you talk to? Ivy Vicky etc?

I plan on getting the Cree http://www.eshinesystems.com/aqua/60...ium-light.html i might have sent the wrong link. I would like to get the 100x3w but i am worried since there is no dimming i might overpower my tank. I am really torn between the cree and the 100x3w. Both are super good deals, but from what i have read Cree is better but i am a complete noob to LEDS.. as far as reps go i have dealt with Robin, Vicky and Peter and all were very helpful. Let me know how it goes. Tell them Thomas Hudson sent you. Hopefully i can work in some discount lol.

now would you leave the blues on all night as moonlights? or do you buy seperate moonlights? I talked to one of the guys at e.shine and liked what they said. Seriously considering these lights, but also still really like these as well

I like my Blue Moon Aquatics lights. They look nice hanging over a tank exposed. They are small and only have 1 thin cable to hang them. They look like you have a halide over the tank. The only down side is you can't control the blue ring form the center light with timers. There are two switches though. They don't have any fancy controllers, they are just on or off.
