Conductivity / Salinity
Ok, I understand that I'll never get exactly the same reading between my refractometer and my apex conductivity probe. But here is my question, my apex is reading roughly 1.023 and my refractometer is reading 1.026. With that in mind, should I average them or which one should I go by? I need to do a water change, and if I go by my apex, I would adjust the salinity to be a bit higher, where as if I go by my refractometer, I'll leave it where its at.
I just need some advise please. Thank you! |

Is your conductivity probe recently calibrated and do you have temperature compensation on (and adjusted) for the PM2 ?
