Exclamation Invading worm??

Hello RC, Today in my biocube 29 saltwater reef, i found theses tentacles protruding from different areas on my LR. They are about the size of a human strand of hair (same with and stretching 1-2") and are white with red/brown rings or bands going down it. Can anyone identify this creature? Is it harmless or something I should Worry about?

Thank you, any response will greatly be appreciated.

p.s. I have read other forums and I am lead to believe it could be some sort of worm or micro brittle star. My concern is the danger factor.

Sounds like a micro brittle star. Perfectly safe and a good thing to have.
